Selection
At Alba Acres our mission is to provide you with a puppy that will enrich your lives and to ensure that all of our puppies are placed in a suitable home. After viewing our site and visiting with Sandy the first step is to select which puppy is to join your family. If you are within driving distance we encourage you to come to the farm and visit with your puppy first hand. If you are not within driving distance we will gladly send you additional photos and information on the puppy of your choice.
Deposit
Once you have selected your puppy you can place a deposit online or by phone with a credit card or PayPal. A deposit of $300.00 is required to hold any puppy. Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied to a different puppy prior to purchase. Please be advised that we are often visiting with several customers for a particular puppy at the same time and no puppy is considered sold until a deposit has been received.
Shipping
If you are within driving distance we encourage you to pick your new family member up personally. In the event you are not within driving distance we regularly deliver puppies to the airport to be flown to our customers. We personally deliver your puppy to the airport and ensure that it is in good hands to be delivered to you. Your puppy will be shipped in the climate controlled cargo hold of the airplane and the ambient temperature must not exceed 85 degrees at any time during the trip. Air freight usually costs approximately $175.00 to nearly all major cities.
Payment
Payment of deposit or balance can be processed online with credit card or PayPal. If you visit personally we accept personal checks, money orders, cash or credit card. All puppies must be paid in full prior to pick up at the farm or shipping.
